We process personal data only as far as needed to run this website and to answer your inquiries. We use no analytics, tracking or advertising tools and embed no third-party content that transfers data when the page loads.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit it, Vercel automatically processes data your browser sends: IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This is technically necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). From the IP address, Vercel also determines the country you are visiting from; we use it only to show you a suitable language on your first visit and do not store it. We have a data processing agreement with Vercel (Art. 28 GDPR); transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.

4. Contact form and email

When you write to us through the contact form or by email, we process your details (name, email address, optionally company and service of interest, your message) to answer your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your inquiry aims at a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our interest in answering inquiries). With messages from the form we also receive your IP address and the approximate location derived from it (city, country), to detect abuse such as spam (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Messages from the form are delivered to us through the email service Resend (resend.com, USA), which processes them on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR); transfers to the USA are based on the EU standard contractual clauses. We delete your inquiry once it is settled, unless we are legally required to keep it.

5. Chat demo

The chat on this website is a demo: what you type is sent to our server, which picks a prepared sample answer. Your input is neither stored nor passed on to third parties (such as AI providers). Please do not enter personal data in the chat.

6. Cookies and local storage

We set no tracking cookies. When you switch the language, we store your choice in the cookie “NEXT_LOCALE” (one year). Your choice between light and dark mode is kept in your browser's local storage and is not sent to us. Both are strictly necessary for a function you asked for (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG) and need no consent.

7. Fonts

The fonts are loaded from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other third party.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
• have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR),
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
• object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR).
